Hey everyone! If you use a biomass pellet mill, you definitely need to pay attention to this small detail. Make sure all the materials inside the machine are completely used up before shutting it down every time. Why? Because if you shut it down arbitrarily, the forming holes of the die may get clogged the next time you start the machine, resulting in no pellet output. Just imagine how frustrating that would be!

So, before each shutdown, you can check through the observation port on the top of the equipment. After all the materials in the machine are exhausted, remember to pour some oil into the machine through this observation port. In this way, the oil will fill the forming holes of the die. The next time you start the machine, the pellet discharge will be much smoother.
Isn’t it simple? But this little tip can really save you a lot of trouble. Hope this suggestion is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, feel free to leave a message anytime! 😊
