Wood crusher is an advanced fine crushing equipment, developed by absorbing the advantages of various crushers and integrating core technologies such as impact, shearing, mutual collision and grinding. Core Configuration and Working Principle

1. Core Structure

  • Main components: Machine body, cutter head (including alloy cutter heads), motor, fan, fineness analyzer, electrical control system
  • Key material: The machine body and core components are made of manganese steel to ensure equipment durability
  • Auxiliary structure: Machine base, feed inlet, cutting blades, powder collector (optional)

Working Principle

  1. Materials are fed into the crushing chamber through the feed inlet. The cutter head rotates at a high speed of 1500-3000 revolutions per minute, achieving dual crushing through blade cutting and air flow impact/collision;
  1. The high-speed air flow generated by the rotor accelerates the materials, and repeated impacts improve crushing efficiency. Wood chips with small particle size after cutting can be directly sent to the subsequent crushing process without drying;
  1. The crushed materials are transported to the powder collector by the fan, and the particle size (30-500 mesh) is controlled by the fineness analyzer, eliminating the need for additional screening;
  1. Wood chips/sawdust of different specifications and thicknesses can be produced by adjusting the cutting blades.

Notes for Use

  1. Speed control: It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily increase the speed. The allowable deviation from the rated speed is 8%-10%; when matched with a large power machine, the flow rate must be controlled uniformly to avoid sudden changes;
  1. Lubrication and maintenance: For bearings equipped with cap-type oil cups, rotate the oil cup cap by 1/4 turn every 2 hours to inject grease; for sealed bearings, add grease once every 300 hours;
  1. Safe operation: Do not disassemble or inspect the interior of the machine or place tools during operation. Stop the machine immediately when abnormal noise is heard, and perform maintenance only after it has completely stopped;
  1. Daily cleaning: After daily work, clean the equipment in a timely manner, and check the tightness of screws and the wear of vulnerable parts such as tooth claws and screens;
  1. Raw material screening: Clean the raw materials before crushing. It is strictly prohibited for metal parts such as copper, iron and lead, as well as large stones and other debris to enter the crushing chamber.
<h3″&gt;Maintenance
  1. Bearing maintenance: Regularly check the bearing temperature rise during production. Stop the machine immediately to troubleshoot if the temperature rise exceeds 50℃; the grease change period for bearings is 2000 hours. Use No. 2 special grease (viscosity 265-295), and the filling amount should be 1/2 (upper side) or 3/4 (lower side) of the bearing cavity space. Avoid excessive filling which may cause excessive bearing temperature rise;
  1. Belt adjustment: The transmission belt is prone to elongation when the new machine is running. Timely adjust the tightness to extend the service life of the belt;
  1. Vulnerable parts inspection: Regularly check vulnerable parts such as blades, liners, tooth claws and screens. Replace them in a timely manner if wear causes reduced productivity or coarser particle size;
  1. Screw feeder maintenance: The grease change period is 4000 hours, and ordinary calcium-based grease should be added;
  1. Regular inspection: Establish a maintenance account and conduct comprehensive regular inspections of the equipment according to the operation time to ensure all components work normally.
